ORO Sports Australia — Purchase Cancellation Policy

At ORO Sports Australia, we strive to process and deliver your sports gear as quickly as possible Contact us - ORO Sports. Because we handle both standard retail stock and custom club or teamwear orders Contact - ORO Sports, specific rules apply depending on your purchase type.


1. Standard Stock Items (Gloves, Balls, Equipment)

  • Immediate Cancellations: You can cancel a standard, non-customised stock order if you notify us before it is dispatched from our facility Contact us - ORO Sports.
  • Refund Type: Approved pre-dispatch cancellations receive a full refund back to your original payment method.
  • Post-Dispatch Policy: Once an item leaves our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. You must instead wait to receive it and follow our ORO Sports Return Process.
  • Change of Mind: Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses are not legally required to give refunds for a change of mind, but we may offer exchanges or store credit at our discretion for items that are unused and in original packaging.


2. Custom Club & Teamwear Orders

  • No-Cancellation Window: Custom gear orders (including jerseys with club logos, player names, or custom numbers) Contact us - ORO Sports cannot be cancelled or refunded once manufacturing begins.
  • Pre-Production Changes: If you need to change sizing or details, contact orosportsau@gmail.comwithin 24 hours of placing your order ORO ORIGINAL Custom Teamwear Soccer KIT: Product and Offers. We cannot guarantee modifications after this timeframe.
  • Exclusions: Custom items cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind or incorrect sizing chosen by the club.


3. Damaged or Defective Goods

  • Consumer Guarantees: If your sports gear arrives with a major fault or does not match the product description, you are legally entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the ACCC Consumer Guarantees.
  • Reporting window: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any defects within 7 days of arrival.
